EveryDay Labs is on a mission to improve outcomes for all students by reducing absenteeism. We partner with school districts to implement a program that uses behavioral insights to empower families with actionable information that has been proven to increase the number of days students are in school. EveryDay Labs is a rapidly growing, well-funded education technology startup, and we’re looking for team members to help us build our culture and processes devoted to supporting our school district clients and the students and families we serve. EveryDay Labs has been proven through six randomized control trials (RCTs) to consistently reduce rates of chronic absenteeism by 10-15%, across districts of different sizes. The program is equally effective regardless of a student’s grade level, socioeconomic status, or language spoken at home. Currently, EveryDay Labs partners with over 25 districts reaching more than 200,000 families and preventing more than 2,000 absences each day.
About the Role
As a key member of our District Partnership Team, you’ll play an invaluable role in EveryDay Labs' growth. You’ll source and build relationships with district leaders across the country. You will listen to their most pressing priorities and connect them to EveryDay Labs' solutions, broadening our reach and increasing our impact. You’ll strengthen our connection with existing partners by expanding programs from pilots to multi-year commitments. We’ll count on you to continually refine your sales methods and collaborate with colleagues to share best practices. This is a critical role for the company and one best suited to a persistent, self-motivated person with strong political instincts and business judgment.
